When the body uses body fat, the toxins are released and also need to be removed. Numerous weight loss problems are tangled up with toxins. A juice diet will let us securely get rid of toxins in our bodies. Many people experience bloated abdomens, head aches, slowness, lack of energy and also weight gain. These are signs of poor nutrition and the presence of toxins within our bodies. Have you ever been the victim of yo-yo dieting? Right after a hard battle to lose the excess fat, it returns even quicker, usually with interest, right after stopping the diet. We need lifestyle changes and introducing a juice diet will likely be an excellent start.

What is Juice Detox

A juice detox or fast is a relatively short period of time (usually between three and seven days) where only juices and pure water is consumed. You consume no solid foods. You should drink 2 to 3 pints of juice each day in that time. The juices are generally different. Both vegetable and fruit juices are generally mixed in combinations that fit your taste. Vegetables alone often do not have adequate juice content while fruits are full of juice. Mixing both gives you great vitamins and minerals. You need to continue consuming plenty of water, while on the juice diet.

Note: You should get your Doctor's permission before starting a juice only diet. Pregnant or even nursing mothers and kids shouldn't go on a juice diet. Juice only diets are made particularly for the detoxification period alone. If you only consume juices for a long period of time, your diet plan will likely be deficient in calcium, fats and protein, and you'll suffer long-term consequences.

Breaking the "Fast" Right after a Detox Diet

It is essential that you add solids to your diet gradually after a period of detox. Include one extra solid food each day. Begin the first three days with easily digested foodstuff such as steamed veggies or perhaps yoghurt. Introduce meat proteins only from the 4th day. Do not overeat; it will make you feel sick!

What's a Juice Diet

You can't survive long term on juices only. Right after the detox period, include fresh juice within your daily diet. 1 or 2 servings of fresh juice per day will ensure one's body gets all of the vitamin and mineral nutrients and also antioxidants required for lively living. You would do well to give one's body a regular detox with juice only, one day a week or so. Make juicing part of your food planning and preparation.
