Other than that on day two not a morsel of anything is allowed to pass your lips. On this day it is recommended that you concentrate on other things such as the work you are involved in. It becomes easier as each cycle passes as one mind turns again to the cheat day just another three days away.

Now the great thing about this diet it is that it is flexible. Day one of every five day cycle is a cheat day.
